Hymaks is pioneering the way in food processing hygiene. You will find a number of innovative design factors that make the Hymaks a leader in sanitation. “Single piece design” of the product drum and slice knife without knife holder to prevent crevices. No exposed bores or exposed thread or bolt in the entire product area. All surfaces in the product zone are self draining.
Hymaks will also give you a high precision cut quality. The double sided slice gate fixing mechanism, gives you increased consistency in the slice thickness. Your spindle and drum speed can each be individually set and fine tuned via the touch screen. Fast change over of cutting tools, easily removable side guides and hinged infeed and outfeed chutes, gives you ease of access to product zone to change cut sizes or clean down. Slice sizes from 1.5 mm to 25 mm. Strip cuts from 3 mm to 60 mm. Dices from 3 mm to 40 mm. Capacity for the Hymaks is between 1,600 kg and 5,500 kg an hour (depending on product and cut size).
