The Yuran is designed for cutting cooked, smoked or cured ham, bacon strips, raw or cooked chicken breast or thigh, beef, pet food, liver, fish and more. It can give you strips, dices or a “hand-pulled” look cut.

The Yuran can be used on a variety of types of meats but also a variety of temperatures. You can process frozen meats (down to -10℃), to hot cooked meats (up to 60℃).
There is one hinged cover to service the various areas of the machine. Quick change over spindles to help you change from one cut size to another.
Yuran also features the quick release belt to aid in tensioning and removal for cleaning. Removable side screens allow you to position them perfectly to ensure correct positioning of the product on the belt. With cut sizes from 3mm to 70mm and capacity of up to 3,000 kg per hour depending on product, application and belt speed.
All stainless steel construction and tilted diamond shaped frame bars keep product build up to a minimum and ease in the cleaning of the machine.
