🎄Day 4 - Four Ways to Wash 💧

For Day 4 of our festive machinery countdown, we’re focusing on an essential step in any processing line — washing. Inspired by Four Calling Birds, today’s feature highlights four different washing systems, each designed for specific production requirements.

1. WA-306 Vortex Washer

The WA-306 uses an adjustable vortex wash action to remove soil and debris from produce such as diced root vegetables, leaf product, cut herbs and fruits.

Its high-capacity design makes it ideal for processors requiring thorough cleaning and consistent throughput.

2. VWB-58 Belt Washer

Designed for continuous processing, the VWB-58 Belt Washer combines spray washing with controlled product movement. It’s well-suited for delicate or pre-cut produce that requires even cleaning without excessive agitation.

3. TW02 Tipper Washer

The TW02 features a hydraulic tipper cradle for fast loading and controlled unloading, making it perfect for batch washing operations. Its circulating water system ensures consistent washing while maintaining gentle product handling.

4. PND Dip Tank

Simple, reliable, and effective, the PND Dip Tank offers immersion washing for sensitive products. It’s an excellent solution for processors needing a straightforward wash system with minimal mechanical complexity.

Choosing the Right Wash System

Each washer serves a different purpose — from high-intensity cleaning to gentle rinsing. Selecting the right system depends on product type, volume, and downstream processing requirements.
