The TENRIT PLUS C is a vegetable peeling machine that has been designed to tailor to the industrial needs of our customers and has become a reliable time proven solution. The machine consists of 2 peeling modules, which are controlled centrally via a state-of-the-art control system. This corresponds to a peeling capacity of 7,200 pieces per hour.
The vegetable is placed on a conveyor and automatically conveyed further into the trays of the feed belt. From the feed belt, the vegetable is deposited in V-belts and further conveyed into the respective peeling module. An infeed gripper ensures a smooth transfer process. The vegetable is fed gently through the machine by 20 pendulous transport roller pairs and peeled at 8 peeling stations each consisting of 2 blades.
